The C.M.S Vidya Mandir Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Maniyakaranpalayam, Coimbatore was founded in the year 1997 by the Coimbatore Malayali Samajam, which is registered under Indian Societies Registration Act 1860. It has a long and proud record of progressive activities in the field of Education, Art, Culture, Sports and Social Service. This School is the final outcome of ardent, concerted, sustained and collective efforts of a group of dedicated and selfless members of the samajam.

Facilities in elocution, debating, dramatics, innovation, art & craft etc, are provided for self expression and opportunities are provided in sports and games for physical and mental development. Scholarships and fee concessions are awarded to really deserving students. Prizes are instituted for encouraging outstanding students.
The aim of the school is based on Swami Vivekananda’s vision in encouraging students to arise, awake and stop not till the goal is reached. Therefore, we provide the type of education conducive to the optimum development of personality of the child. For this purpose, we provide an environment where students have the opportunity to develop latent talent and channelise it properly into special fields.
